The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District (NAU) intends to solicit construction firms to provide real property repair and maintenance, and construction services which primarily address general building renovation, road and pavement repair, and general environmental work. Work will include, but not be limited to, incidental minor construction, excavation, plumbing, demolition, electrical, structural, mechanical, concrete work in the country of Poland. NAU is anticipating a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Order Contract (SATOC) to a prime construction contractor. Project Scope: The purpose of the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) is to provide real property repair and maintenance, which primarily address general building renovation, road and pavement repair. The JOC Task Orders may include but not be limited to, incidental minor construction, excavation, plumbing, demolition, electrical, structural, mechanical and concrete work in Poland. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to accomplish tasks. The anticipated period of performance is Five 12-Month Base Year. The estimated total capacity is $35,000,000. Projects in Poland will be awarded in U.S. Dollar. Location: Projects under this IDIQ will be throughout the country of Poland. Specific locations include but are not limited to Drawsko Pomorskie Training Area (DPTA), Zagan-Swietoszow Training Area, Swietoszow Military Complex, Boleslawiec Military Complex, Zagan Military Complex, Skwierzyna Military Base, the 33rd Transport Air Base in Powidz, and Bukowska Base in Poznan. Set Asides and Codes: As the work will be performed outside of the continental United States, no set asides to small business or socioeconomic preference will be given for this solicitation. This effort is classified through the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS): 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) with a small business size standard of $45 million.
