This requirement is needed for the continuation of AC maintenance and services for the Amelia Earhart Center. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel, as well as transportation, diagnostic equipment, tools, supplies and materials required to perform maintenance and repair of the air conditioning units at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). This Performance Work Statement may be subject to change, pending unforeseen work and/or repairs required. All proposed changes to this Performance Work Statement shall be coordinated with the Contracting Officer and shall be accomplished by bi-lateral contract modification. Period of Performance shall be the Base Year of 12 months and Two (2) one (1) Year Options (if exercised). The Government reserves the right to exercise any and all options up to one (1) calendar day of expiration of the contract provided that the Contractor be notified of its intent to exercise the option at least 14 calendar days prior to expiration of the contract.
