The purpose of this posting is to clarify the amendment numbers as addressed in ProjNet Inquiry ID 9669567. We incurred a system error for the first amendment which resulted in it being mis-numbered as Amendment 0003. To correct this a new document has been placed in SAM.gov. Therefore, SAM.gov will reflect Amendment 0001 dated 04 Mar 2022, Amendment 0002 dated 15 Mar 2022 and Amendment 0003 dated 23 Mar 2022. There are no other amendments for this solicitation. No other additions have been made. On 7 Mar 2022 Amendment 0001 was posted, however, due to a system error the numbering of the amendment resulted in the document being labeled as Amendment 0003 causing confusion. Therefore, the numbering for this amendment has been corrected and the document has been replaced. No changes other than the amendment number has been made. Amendment 0003 is being issued to extend the RFP closing date to 13 April 2022 with time being unchanged. Additionally, the SOW, Specification Binder Amendment 0002 is being issued to provide a revised SOW, dated 11 March 2022, revised Attachment 2B Experience InfoSheet and revised Attachment- Playground IDIQ Bid Schedule. Amendment 0001 is being issued to provide a revised SOW, additional documents that either provide clarification or response to RFIs posted, a map of the IMCOM area of responsibility (AOR), and to extend the closing date to 30 March 2022 @ 10:00 Central European Time. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District (NAU) intends to award one (1) firm fixed price construction Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Playgrounds Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) within the US European Command (EUCOM) area of responsibility (AOR).
