The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District (NAU) intends to solicit construction firms to perform minor military construction and other Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects in the country of Turkey. NAU is anticipating a Firm- Fixed-Price (FFP) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to a prime construction contractor. Project Scope: The purpose of the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) is to provide minor military construction and other Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects which include real property repair, maintenance, environmental work, asbestos abatement, force protection work and construction services. The JOC Task Orders may include incidental new minor construction, excavation, plumbing, demolition, electrical, structural, mechanical, concrete work, force protection and environmental remediation. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to accomplish tasks. 1. The anticipated period of performance is One 12-Month Base Year and Four 12-Month Option Years. 2. The estimated total capacity is $30,000,000.00. Location: Projects under this IDIQ will be in the country of Turkey. Set Asides and Codes: As the work will be performed outside of the continental United States, no set asides to small business or socioeconomic preference will be given for this solicitation. This effort is classified through the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS): 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. This announcement is for market research only. This is not a solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP). This notice does not obligate the government to any contract award, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. Responses to this market survey shall be for informational purposes only. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost incurred in preparation of a response to this notice.
