The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District (USACE NAU) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) Contract for the purpose of design and construction of a new small Boat Launch Ramp. The work will include, but will not be limited to, site survey, geotechnical investigation, site layout, demolition, earthwork, pavement, and landscaping. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Place of performance will be in Saint Louis, Senegal. FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION: This acquisition will be subject to full and open competition pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.1. The NAICS Code selected for this acquisition is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. PLANNED AWARD: This solicitation will be used to award one (1) contract. Estimated cost range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Paper copies of the solicitation, plans, and specifications will not be provided. It will be the Offeror's sole responsibility to ensure they have obtained all solicitation documents and any subsequent amendments, if any. SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for 25 August 2020.
