This is not a solicitation. No response is requested at this time. A formal solicitation will follow this announcement with full details, including a response deadline, the Statement of Work, Instructions to Offerors, and the Evaluation Factors/Basis for Award. The formal solicitation is expected to occur on or around 15 days after the posting of this pre-solicitation notice. OFFERORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THIS WEBSITE FOR CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE AND THE FORMAL SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT DESCRIPTION: This Pre-Solicitation Notice provides the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District (USACE NAU) intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) Contract for the purpose of Design-Build construction of a school facility in Alkhasli settlement, Takhtakorpu area of Aghjabadi region, Azerbaijan. The work includes but not limited to design, demolition, fabrication, delivery, installation, construction, and site work. The facilities and installed equipment must be permanent construction. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Place of performance will be in Aghjabadi region, Azerbaijan. FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION: This acquisition will be subject to full and open competition pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.1. The NAICS Code selected for this acquisition is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. PLANNED SOLICITATION: This solicitation will be used to award one (1) contract. Estimated cost range of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation is projected to be issued during the month of July, 2020 timeframe. The solicitation will be issued free of charge and available electronically. Paper copies of the solicitation, plans, and specifications will not be provided. It will be the Offeror's sole responsibility to ensure they have obtained all solicitation documents and any subsequent amendments, if any.
