DESCRIPTION: This Pre-Solicitation Notice provides the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District (USACE NAU) intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) Contract for the purpose of design and construction of a new solid concrete / masonry school building with four (4) classrooms. The work will include but will not be limited to – design, demolition, fabrication, delivery, installation, construction, and site work. The facility and the installed equipment shall be permanent construction. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Place of performance will be in Agadez, Niger. FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION: This acquisition will be subject to full and open competition pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.1. The NAICS Code selected for this acquisition is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. PLANNED SOLICITATION: This solicitation will be used to award one (1) contract. Estimated cost range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation is projected to be issued during the June timeframe.
