The NAICS Code selected for this acquisition is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. PLANNED AWARD: This solicitation will be used to award one (1) contract. Estimated cost range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Paper copies of the solicitation, plans, and specifications will not be provided. It will be the Offeror's sole responsibility to ensure they have obtained all solicitation documents and any subsequent amendments, if any.
