This is not a solicitation. No response is requested at this time. A formal solicitation will follow this announcement with full details, including a response deadline, the Performance Work Statement, Instructions to Offerors, and the Evaluation Factors/Basis for Award. The formal solicitation is expected to occur on or around 15 days after the posting of this pre-solicitation notice. OFFERORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THIS WEBSITE FOR CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE AND THE FORMAL SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT DESCRIPTION: This project is a design-build for renovation of the Pneumology Department at Mother and Child Institute in Belgrade, Serbia. The Pneumology department is located on the second floor of a fourteen-story reinforced concrete building with flat roof and basement. The bearing structure is made of reinforced concrete slabs, beams and columns. Exterior walls are plastered masonry, interior non load bearing walls are made of gypsum board stud walls. All existing rooms have clear height from finished floor to underside of acoustic ceiling of approximately 2.60. The size of the area to be renovated is approximately 446.17 m2. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Place of performance will be in Belgrade, Serbia FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION: This acquisition will be subject to full and open competition pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.1. The NAICS Code selected for this acquisition is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. PLANNED SOLICITATION: This solicitation will be used to award one (1) contract. Estimated cost range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 and will consist of one (1) base CLIN and two (2) option CLINs. The solicitation is projected to be issued during the late April, May timeframe. The solicitation will be issued free of charge and available electronically. Paper copies of the solicitation, plans, and specifications will not be provided. It will be the Offeror's sole responsibility to ensure they have obtained all solicitation documents and any subsequent amendments, if any.
