Amendment 0005 This amendment provides changes to Factor 2 - Schedule - Schedule Assumptions. Amendment 0004 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for proposals from 15 June 2020 to 26 June 2020 and update the completion date from notice to proceed from 365 days to 455 days. Additionally, this amendment includes a scheduled site visit on 16 June 2020 with details incorporated in section 00 21 00 Instruction to offerors. Starting on page two of the amendment The Government will host a site visit at the project site 16 June 2020 at 10am local time. Details are as follows: 1. Location: Bartola Kaši?a 2A 31000 Osijek, Croatia GPS Coordinates: 45.553818, 18.691957 2. Time/Date: 10am / 16 June 2020 3. Registration Instructions: Offerors must pre-register their attendees no later than 12 June 2020 at 14:00 Central European Time. To Pre-Register, complete the site visit attendee information sheet (RFP attachment) and email it to Joshua Mueller (joshua.d.mueller@usace.army.mil) and Dan Carnley (daniel.carnley@usace.army.mil ). Offerors are advised, that space may be limited, and as a result, attendees may be limited to no more than four people per contractor/company. 4. COVID19 Measures. The Government of Croatia has lifted all travel restrictions within the country and opened borders for international travel without a requirement to be quarantined for 14 days. It is recommended to keep a social distance and wear face masks in closed spaces.
