Amendment 0001: Amendment 0001 is being issued to (1) provide responses to RFIs submitted via ProjNet (2) provide revised information on PPQ submittals in Section 01 21 00, Section D-Factor 3 Past Performance (3) provide revised information on proposal submittal and 01 21 00 4a General Proposal Submission Requirements and (4) provide a revised proposal due date of 14 September 2020 at 1200 hrs Central European Summer Time (CEST). ****************************************************** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District (USACE NAU) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP)Contract for the purpose of design and construction of a new small Boat Launch Ramp. The work will include, but will not be limited to, site survey, geotechnical investigation, site layout, demolition, earthwork, pavement, and landscaping. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Place of performance will be in Cotonou, Benin. FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION: This acquisition will be subject to full and open competition pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.1. The NAICS Code selected for this acquisition is 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. PLANNED AWARD: This solicitation will be used to award one (1) contract. Estimated cost range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Paper copies of the solicitation, plans, and specifications will not be provided. It will be the Offeror's sole responsibility to ensure they have obtained all solicitation documents and any subsequent amendments, if any. SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for 28 August 2020.
