The project is for a design-build project for the partial renovation of a facility in Narva, Estonia. The facility is a solid masonry/concrete construction with sloped roof, first floor and partial basement and serves as a HIV/Drug rehabilitation center. The building shall stay operable during the renovation period. The project includes the following general items of work, detailed requirements are contained elsewhere in this Statement of Work: a. Clear, grub, and grade the site b. Partial renovation of existing facility (i.e. full renovation of basement, renovation of façade, replacement of gutters and downspouts, partial window and door replacement, basement waterproofing, partial renovation of first floor including cladding replacement, corridor flooring replacement, renovation of office "A", toilet renovation and replacement of two double and single doors) c. Mechanical and Electrical renovation as described in Section 5.0 ELECTRICAL and 6.0 MECHANICAL d. Provide site improvements
