The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Europe District has issued a solicitation for the following commercial supply buy. The work consists of providing a freezer and combination (combi) oven at Livorno ES-MS in Italy that meets the Statement of Work specified criteria. The contractor is responsible for fully executing the firm fixed price purchase order by delivering and verifying functionality of the unit. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). The solicitation may either be uploaded to FBO.GOV or Emailed to Alysha MacDonald at Alysha.A.MacDonald@usace.army.mil by the closting date. PLEASE NOTE - ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
