Site Preparation and Intact 2-Story Historic Farmhouse Move - Hawley, MN
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking contractors to prepare a site and pour three concrete foundations at the Pioneer Village site near Rollag, MN, and move the historic Bernhardson Farmhouse intact from Moorhead, MN to its new foundation. The farmhouse must be relocated by the end of the 2026 construction season, with no work allowed at the destination during the week before and after Labor Day 2026. Final site restoration and seeding may occur in 2027. The estimated construction budget is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance of services will take place at locations in Moorhead, MN and Hawley, MN.
