The Contractor shall furnish mowing, trimming, and lawn maintenance services for the Gull Lake Recreation Area. The areas requiring lawn maintenance services (service areas) are color coded on the site map contained within the solicitation and each area has its own written specifications that are laid out in this PWS. The service areas are defined as: Service Area One (Green), Service Area Two (Blue), Service Area Three (Yellow), Service Area Four (Orange). Optional Leaf Removal Service Area Five (Red). The bid price will be per service area for each lawn maintenance service provided for each area, as described in the Performance Work Statement.
