Equipment shall be delivered to Lock and Dam 8 Spillway on the Reno, MN side of the Mississippi River on or before the morning of 1 December 2025. Rental period shall be through 2 March 2026. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business under NAICS 532412, with an SBA size standard of $40,000,000. Offerors must be fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to include FAR and DFARS Representations and Certifications. Offers must be submitted through PIEE.
