The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires an OEM-authorized repair facility to repair and service a Manitowoc 14000 Lattice Crane, serial number 14001124. The quoted price shall include parts, installation, required fluids and cleanup. All repairs shall be completed at the USACE Fountain City Service Base in Fountain City, WI. Work includes, but is not limited to: Detailed inspection and service of Final Drive Unit due to metal contamination found in the gear oil. Replace engine starter. Investigate Hydraulic Swivel. Replace Drum One joystick. Replace bearing on Load Ball Swivel. Replace all hydraulic hoses on unit. Conduct routine maintenance and full crane inspection. This solicitation is Unrestricted.
