Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The contractor must supply and deliver a new forestry drum mulcher to Blackhawk Park in De Soto, Wisconsin. The mulcher must be compatible with a 2016 Case TR 310 skid steer, have a 50-60 inch cutting width, and be capable of removing trees up to 5 inches in diameter. The final delivery deadline is on or before March 18, 2026. The quoted price must include all costs for prepaid transportation and unloading at the specified park address. Delivery must occur on weekdays between 7:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., excluding government holidays.
