The quote will cover the new compressor, air dryer, and shipping to the below address. Installation of the new compressor will be done by USACE. 2. Specific Information. Below are the requirements for the new screw type air compressor. The new air compressor will be of an oil injected rotary screw design with variable speed drive. Unit will run efficiently in an environment that typically is above 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Minimum Air Pressure of 150 PSI, Maximum Air Pressure of 175 PSI 460 volts, 3 Phase. 30-40 Horsepower. Belt driven screw drive. Integrated refrigerant dryer and filters. External secondary air dryer that will be connected on the tank outlet. Secondary air dryer can be shipped separately and will be installed by USACE. The screw drive air compressor will be mounted to a horizontal air tank. Air tank size shall be 120-130 gallons in size. The air tank will have a drain located towards the bottom of the tank to drain moisture when needed. Dimensions should fall in the following range. Maximum Length 80", Maximum Width 40", Maximum Height 75". Tank outlet, 1” NPT. Low oil shutoff to shut down the compressor when oil gets low. Oil tank will also have an oil sight glass. Emergency shutdown button located on the control panel. Must be delivered no later than April 18, 2025. 3.
