Amendment 1 is to include an organized site vist on 11 February 2025 at 12:00pm Central Time to "Notes to Offerors". This contract is to remove trees 2.5 inches in diameter and greater at breast height (DBH) from a material borrow source in St. Vincent Township, Minnesota in order to use the area to conduct repairs to the Noyes Levee System. The work consists of clearing trees from the defined borrow area as well as removing all material and tree debris from the site. The site is an old homestead and trees on the site are typical of wind rows and farmsteads, including but not limited to pine, cottonwood and ash.
