The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supply frozen and shelf stable food and related items for a one-time bulk supply buy, delivered to the Dredge Goetz Fleet at the USACE Fountain City, WI service base. Delivery will take place no later than April 30, 2025. Food will be used to stock the freezer and pantry of the Quarters Barge Taggatz and used to sustain the crew working aboard the Dredge Goetz fleet, who will be supplemented by a different contract for fresh provisions. Contractor shall supply the items listed in the Attachment “Schedule of Food Items 1st Order" spreadsheet, and shall return the completed spreadsheet with pricing, sizes and brands for each of the requested items as part of their quote. Meat shall be frozen unless in a shelf stable state (e.g. pepperoni slices). Contractor shall provide the brand and size quoted. Vendor must have the means to deliver subsistence in a proper state (frozen as required). Pallets are required to be wrapped in plastic wrap to ensure items are secure.
