The cost per gallon must include delivery. The fuel oil is to be delivered within 7 days of the contract being awarded. Deliveries can be accepted M-F 7:30-3:30 CST. and not on any Federal Holidays or weekends. All deliveries must be pre-arranged with Judith Denzer, Lockmaster.
