The purpose of amendment 2 is to revise and extend the construction completion from 15 September 2025 to 75 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) and turf establishment completion from 15 September 2026 to 440 days after NTP. The purpose of amendment 1 is to update the bid due date and overall completion date. This contract is for the Noyes Levee Repair located in St. Vincent Township near Noyes, Minnesota. The project includes repair of approximately 3150 feet of levee. Levee damage must be repaired by stripping topsoil, debris, and damaged soil from the levee and recompacting levee fill excavated from the existing levee and borrow area. Work includes the placement of seed, erosion control matting, and borrow pit restoration. The two existing culverts through the levee are to be cleaned out and a televised inspection performed to confirm there are no deficiencies.
