The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supply a Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) system for use by the district Dive Team, an integrated SONAR system with Dive helmet mounted display, accessories, manuals, and on-site training. Please DO NOT charge separately for packaging/freight. Training shall take place over at least two days at one of the locations listed in the SOW. All items shall be covered by a minimum one-year warranty on all parts, labor, and workmanship from factory defects. Required Submittals with Offer Offeror shall provide cut sheets with dimensions, drawings, performance data, etc. with the quote for the Government to review for technical acceptability. Information sent with your quote shall be of sufficient detail to show conformance to the specifications. Failure to provide acceptable proof of conformance or failure to meet the requirement of the specifications may result in disqualification.
