The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a State of Minnesota certified General Appraiser to perform a real estate appraisal and prepare a report to be used by the Government in connection with the proposed acquisition of specified real property rights. The property is approx. 331.33 acres known as Lower Grey Cloud Island at Cottage Grove, Minnesota, in Washington County.
