The contractor shall furnish and install a new north woods nature themed play system, drainage system to prevent water from accumulating, with either a rubber mulch with black weed barrier and 8” plastic composite landscape timber border with staking or a poured in place rubber surface with a concrete border, both according to the manufacturers specifications. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all plant, materials, equipment, supplies, labor, and transportation, and performing all work as required by the contract, in strict accordance with the specifications and in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
