The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District seeks a contractor to supply replacement (spare) parts for the 20" pump on the Dredge Goetz, a hydraulic suction cutter dredge built around a Vosta LMG HDP 550 pump. The parts shall be identical in form, fit and function to those supplied by the original equipment manufacturer. The parts shall ameet the required Brinell hardness levels listed in the solicitation SOW. The contractor shall supply the following parts: Impeller - 8 EA Suction Liner - 10 EA Hub Liner - 2 EA Pump Shell - 2 EA Parts shall be delivered FOB(D) to the USACE Service Base at Fountain City, WI no later than July 31, 2025. This solicitation will be 100% set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 333914, with a SBA size standard of 750 employees. Offers shall include the place of manufacture (firm name and location). Offerors shall be fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to include FAR and DFARS Representations and Certifications.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District intends to issue a request for quotes (RFQ) in the near future for a contractor to supply replacement (spare) parts for the 20" pump on the Dredge Goetz, a hydraulic suction cutter dredge built around a Vosta LMG HDP 550 pump. The contractor shall supply the following parts: Impeller - 8 EA Suction Liner - 10 EA Hub Liner - 2 EA Pump Shell - 2 EA Parts shall be fully compatible in form, fit and function with the Vosta LMG HDP 550 parts. The parts shall meet the Brinnel hardness levels specified in the solicitation. Parts shall be delivered FOB(D) to the USACE Service Base at Fountain City, WI no later than July 31, 2025. This solicitation will be 100% set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 333914, with a SBA size standard of 750 employees. The solicitation will have photos of the spare parts for the Vosta LMG HDP 550 pump that the Government has on hand.
