The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) seeks bids for a sewer line repair at the Visitor Center at the Mel Rieman Recreation Area, Ashtabula Lake, Valley City, ND. The sewer line was CCTV inspected on August 7, 2023. An infiltration runner was found approximately 6” from the end of the pipe in manhole #3 (MH3). The Contractor must provide all necessary parts, labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to repair the infiltration runner at MH3. Contractor will repair the sewer line using Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) technology or other standard industry practices. Contractor must follow manufacturer’s recommended repair and installation procedures. A licensed plumber must perform all work.
