The preferred method is to complete blocks 15A, 15B and 15C (i.e. sign and date) and return the first page of the amendment (Form SF30). __________________________________________________________________________________ The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – St. Paul District requires a refrigerated trailer to transport and store bareroot seedlings and other planting materials. The contractor shall supply one (1) new refrigerated trailer that meets, or exceeds the SOW specifications, which include: Trailer: Max Loaded Weight: Not to exceed 7,500 lbs Trailer Empty Weight: Not to exceed 3,500 lbs Max Distributed Load: Not to exceed 4,000 lbs 2” Coupler (2) 3,500 lb (minimum) axles Not to exceed 19’4” in overall length LED trailer lights Trailer must be capable of being towed by a standard pickup truck operated by personnel with a standard (MN/WI/IA/ND) Class D driver’s license, without any special endorsements Generator: Gasoline powered 20-gallon (minimum) fuel tank Must be able to run for 24 consecutive hours Air-cooled 5.5 kW prime Electric start Refrigerated Unit: Height (interior): shall be 6’6”, at a minimum Width (interior): Not to exceed 8’2” overall width Length (interior): At Least 11’11” Rear and side door: minimum 30” wide and 70” tall Minimum interior area of 59 sq. ft. 4” thick walls and 4” flat roof Refrigeration system capable of maintaining 35F Exterior thermometer 2 interior lights Anti-microbial interior finish Low ambient pressure controls Magnetic gasket/heated door jam Seamless fiberglass interior/exterior Single point electrical connection Urethane foam insulation Refrigeration system must also be able to run off electricity from a 110/120 volt (single phase) electrical wall jack 50’ power cord permanently fixed and stored in front of trailer Delivery The refrigerated trailer is to be delivered to the La Crescent Field Office during normal business hours which are Monday – Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, except Federal Holidays. Price quoted for trailer unit shall include all delivery fees and other charges. Please DO NOT quote freight/delivery separately. The refrigerated trailer shall be delivered within 60 days of Contract Award Date. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation.
