This material will be used in the fabrication of eighteen single-point picks for removal of our existing miter gates at LD’s 3, 4, 5 and 6, and for modification to a dewater box. Bundle and band the steel material as required for shipping, with cribbing at minimum six inches above the base of the shipping platform to allow offloading with a forklift and/or crane. Submittals For the ASTM A709 HPS 100W steel plate, the Contractor shall submit a mill certification electronically in pdf format via email to both the Government Contracting Officer’s representative and the Government technical point of contact. The Government technical point of contact is: Available at award. 3. Delivery Schedule Delivery of the CLIN 0001 ASTM A709 HPS 100W shall be no later than May 1st, 2024. Soonest possible delivery is requested if possible. Delivery of CLIN 0002-0009 shall deliver no later than January 31, 2024. Soonest possible delivery is requested if possible. All material shall be delivered to the following address during business hours of 07:00 to 15:00, Monday through Thursday, excluding federal holidays.
