Forest Resource Survey (Forest Inventory) is needed for forested lands on the Upper Mississippi River within the footprint of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District. The Contractor will measure sampling points at locations identified by the Government while collecting actual geographic coordinate data at the center of each sampling point. The Contractor will then provide forest resource survey data to the Government for the lands just south of Lock and Dam 10 at Guttenberg, Iowa, with the majority of lands south of Lock and Dam 2 in Hastings, Minnesota. This is a Request for Quote solicitation set aside 100% for Small Business with a size standard of $9.5M certified for NAICS Code 561730.
