The machine shall be (name brand) Sandbagger Model II or equal with characteristics that include: Load Capacity: 2 cubic yards Bi-directional hydraulic pump Ability to fill up to 1,600 bags per hour Four (4) filling stations 5.5 HP gasoline engine Self-contained - able to be transported in a pickup truck bed or trailer All equipment shall be delivered to Lock & Dam 3 in Welch, MN between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Mon - Fri except Federal Holidays. All shipping and handling charges are to be included in the unit price.
