See attached W912ES23Q0082-0001 for full details The U.S. Army Corps of Engineering, St. Paul District has a services requirement for tree planting and competing vegetation control around planted tree seedlings. The treatment areas total approximately 23 acres on U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service-owned land located between Prairie du Chien, WI, and McGregor, IA in the Mississippi River. Services needed include, but are not limited to, tree planting totaling 15,644 bareroot seedlings at McGregor Lake and follow-up chemical control of competing vegetation around planted trees in accordance with the Scope of Work in Attachment W912ES23Q0082 Tree Planting McGregor Lake Restoration and its associated three attachments herein. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) which should result in one (1) firm fixed price contract for a base year, plus one option year. The RFQ is 100% set aside for small business with a size standard of $9.5M under NAICS code 561730.
