This procurement will include delivery to the Fountain City Service Base located in Fountain City, WI on or before November 30, 2023. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project will be 326220, Rubber and Plastics Hoses and Belting Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 employees. The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract. The solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside. The following is a brief description of the product specifications. They are further defined in the solicitation. Hose Specifications: Quantity: 10 20” I.D. x 63” long 200 PSI Operating Pressure Molded in Volcanized Steel Reinforced Flanges on both ends Wire Reinforced 1” Black Gum Rubber Tube Flanges: Number of Holes: 24 Bolt Circle Diameter: 27” O.D. Flange Diameter: 30” Flange Thickness: 1-1/4” Diameter of the Bolts: 1-1/8” No CD's or hard copies of the solicitation will be available.
