The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District seeks a contractor to receive an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract to supply and deliver petroleum lubricants, synthetic lubricants, greases and fuel additives to the Dredge Goetz fleet and Maintenance & Repair section. Products will be ordered on an “as needed basis” by the Government through individual Delivery Orders issued by the by the Contracting Officer. The Government will make all efforts to consolidate orders. Orders shall be received no later than five (5) business days after receipt of order. Shipping shall be FOB (destination) and pricing shall include the cost of delivery. The overwhelming majority of the deliveries will be to the USACE Fountain City Service Base, 431 North Shore Dr, Fountain City WI 54629. A small number of deliveries will be made elsewhere along the Mississippi River, based on the location of the Dredge Goetz. A list of potential delivery locations is attached to this posting. ALL OIL AND LUBRICANTS SUPPLIED MUST BE FROM THE SAME MANUFACTURER for the duration of the contract. Oils and lubricants will be ordered by the standard container sizes - 5 gal pail, 16 gal keg, 55 gal drum. The solicitation and contract contain an Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) clause, based on the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics' Producer Price Index for Petroleum Lubricating Oils and Greases, Refined Petroleum [PCU3241913241910]. This will adjust the price of each product based on market changes, to reduce risk to the Contractor. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation under NAICS 324191. In order for the quote to be considered for award, a certified applicator list, with copies of the required valid certification credentials must be received with the quote as required by Statement of Work, paragraph 5.2.
