The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, requires a Contractor to provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary for condition assessments of the Mel Rieman Recreation Area (MRRA) Visitor Center sewer pipeline and septic holding tank. The service work includes remote televising and recording via closed-circuit television (CCTV) performed by a CCTV Technician with a current NASSCO Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) Operator certification. The MRRA Visitor Center is located on the shoreline of Lake Astabula, 114th Ave SE, Valley City, North Dakota. This Request for Quote is 100% set-aside for Small Business.
