The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District seeks a contractor to perform Janitorial services at the Eau Galle Recreation Area, near Spring Valley, Wisconsin. The Eau Galle Project is located in Spring Valley, Wisconsin approximately 50 miles east of Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area and about 40 miles west of Eau Claire, WI. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, labor, transportation necessary to clean and sanitize three (3) bathroom buildings, two (2) vault toilets, and one (1) portable toilet. Active performance will be from 15 April to 31 October, with daily performance between May 1 and September 30. Base contract shall be for one year, with two additional one year options, unilaterally exercisable by the Government. The Government will furnish the following supplies: Liners for feminine receptacles Liners for trash cans Toilet tissue Liquid hand soap Hand sanitizer cartridges Waterless urinal cartridges Urinal cakes for vault toilets Signage Floor fans for shower building Pumping of sewage tanks Potable water source Shower curtains Shower floor mats The Contractor shall be responsible for supplying: Mops Rags Towels Sponges Squeegee Brushes Broom Buckets Spray bottle Toilet brush Glass cleaner Toilet cleaner Floor cleaner General purpose cleaner Garden Hose Misc. other equipment and supplies that might be needed to successfully complete the cleaning tasks All work shall be performed between 5:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The Contractor shall furnish his/her employees with uniforms consisting of long or short-sleeved shirts, and all Personal Protective Equipment required under EM385-1-1. All uniforms shall be of the same color and style. Uniforms shall be clean, neat, and presentable. Offerors are strongly encouraged to make a site visit prior to submitting a quote. All offerors must be fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to include FAR and DFARS Representations and Certifications on profile.
