In order to be eligible for award, offeror must be party to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA), solicitation W912ES21R0008, as posted on https://www.SAM.gov/. If the offeror is not already party to the agreement, they shall submit a proposal with their offer with the information requested in Solicitation W912ES21R0008. Note: All terms and conditions of the MSRA solicitaition will apply to any order issued off of this RFQ 09/07/2022 -- Amened to change due date for quotes.
