Construction project to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to replace a 1,000-gallon septic holding tank located in a volunteer/contractor recreational vehicle (RV) site. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing concrete holding tank. The Contractor shall procure and install a new, precast 1,000-gallon concrete holding tank with ballast, and all attachments needed for a standard RV hookup with a 4” PVC pipe in accordance with scope provided herein or as amended. The North American Industry Classification System code for this project is 238910 Site Preparation Contractors with a size standard of $16.5M. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under the authority of FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The estimated magnitude of this construction project is less than $25,000.
