The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all plant, materials, equipment, supplies, labor, and transportation and performing all work as required herein, in strict accordance with this scope of work and in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All work materials and services not expressly called for in the specification section below or shown on the drawing, but which are necessary for completion of the contract requirements shall be performed and furnished by the Contractor at no increase in cost to the Government. Cross Lake Recreation Area is a U.S. Corps of Engineers managed recreation area that includes heavily utilized facilities including a dam, campground, boat ramps, picnic areas, playgrounds, etc. It is located within the city of Crosslake, Minnesota in Crow Wing County. There is another dump station at this facility that visitors may use during their stay, reducing the impact of construction during this project.
