The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supply and deliver 60,000 gallons of #2 Diesel (dyed) for Off-Road Use to the Dredge Goetz Fleet at Fountain City Service Base (Fountain City, WI) on May 11 and/or May 12, 2022. NO BIO-DIESEL or Bio-Diesel Blends will be accepted. The fuel will be pumped onboard a floating barge capable of holding 70,000 gallons of fuel. The fuel barge is owned and operated by the USACE and annually inspected by the United States Coast Guard. The USACE fuel barge will be manned and controlled by two Government employees during transfer. The transport trucks will be responsible for all transport truck activities and have the proper certifications to transfer fuel to a marine floating fuel barge. Offeror shall quote PER GALLON price for #2 Diesel Fuel. Diesel shall be dyed for Off-Road Use. Prices shall include delivery and any required fees. Unit pricing (per gallon) may have a maximum of 3 numbers after the decimal point (Example: $x.xxx is acceptable, $x.xxxx is not acceptable). OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation.
