The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to service two Government-owned cranes. Machine Descriptions: Model: Link Belt LS-218H Serial Number: B6LJO-3653 Model: Manitowoc 14000 Serial Number: 14001124 Contractor shall perform a 1,000-hour fluid service to the Link Belt LS-218H per manufacturer specification. Oils should be supplied and disposed of by contractor. Note: Government will supply engine oil only, but contractor will be responsible for discard of used engine oil for this service. Contractor shall perform a boom hoist cable replacement for the Manitowoc 14000. Cable will be supplied by contractor which shall be per manufacturer Manitowoc specifications which is 980’ of 22mm Dyform 6 Max ** Contractor is required to provide wire certification paperwork to the GDA prior to installation** Note: Government will supply certified crane operator only for this service. Both machines are located at Fountain City Service Base (FCSB) until April 29, 2022. The Manitowoc 14000 will remain at FCSB. After that, the LinkBelt LS218H will be at Lock & Dam 8 from May 9 – May 27, 2022. OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Representations and Certifications (Reps & Certs) sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation. AMENDMENT 0001 has been added. This amendment extends the solicitation close to 11:00 on 4/21/2022 and changes the solicitation to full and open competition (unrestricted).
