The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a qualified Marine Surveyor to perform annual condition inspections on the Dredge Goetz and the Quarters Barge Taggatz. The Contract shall be for one (1) year, with four (4) option periods, exercisable by the Government. The Marine surveyor shall be accredited by either the National Association of Marine Surveyors (NAMS) or the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors (SAMS) and have at least 5 years of experience in commercial marine plant and equipment. The inspections shall take place at the St. Paul District's Fountain City, Wisconsin Service Base, between 1 May and 15 May each year. Evaluation of quotes shall be conducted under the auspices of FAR Part 13. Quotes shall be evaluated by Experience, Past Performance, and Price. Offeror shall be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation. Quotes must be received no later than the date and time stated in the solicitation. Quotes received after the deadline are Late, and may not be considered for contract award.
