The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District seeks a contractor to supply and install the instrumentation and provide monitoring services of the miter gate anchorages at three Upper Mississippi River Locks and Dams in the St. Paul District. Instrumentation will be with equipment such as strain gauges and strain transducers. The monitoring will be for a period of 6 months for Lock & Dam 3, and Lock & Dam 4, and for up to 5 years for Lock & Dam 6. The contractor shall provide monthly reports, containing a summary of results and raw data. AMENDMENT 0001 has been added. This amendment changes the number of anchorage points that need to be monitored, shortens the monitoring period for LD 3 and LD 4, and extends the solicitation close.
