This contract shall consist of all aspects in production (writing, editing, designing and artwork) and mailing three (3) editions of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) “OUR MISSISSIPPI” newsletter, inclusive of printing and distribution.

Work includes: writing editorial services, designing, layout, printing, and distribution of three printed newsletters and two electronic PDF copies, sharing news and educating the public on happenings and events along the Mississippi River. Price shall include all labor, supervision, pictures, research, paper, ink, tools, supplies, travel, fuel, overhead, and any other cost necessary to publish three editions of the Our Mississippi newsletters and distribute / mail approximatley 50,000 printed copies per year.
