This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and market research planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Solicitation and is not a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this Sources Sought Notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. The information from this market research will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research. The Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St Paul District (USACE) is planning a 2022/2023 construction project at the USACE Lock and Dam #2, Hastings Resident Engineering Office, 1350 Lock and Dam Rd., Hastings, Minnesota. The USACE requires a Contractor to renovate a 1,400 SF office space. This renovation will require the Contractor to provide a completed design prior to construction. The general description of the construction project is modification of the existing floor plan, removal and replacement of existing widows, flooring, ceiling tiles, office lighting, fire detection and alarm system, construction of walls, remodeling an existing single bathroom into two (2) bathrooms, and painting. Interested firms, with experience in this type of construction project work in NAICS 236220 Commercial & Institutional Building Construction, are encouraged to send capabilities and experience statements that include the firm’s SAM.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) electronically to: Toni Wasgatt USACE St Paul District Contracting Division toni.w.wasgatt@usace.army.mil Responses will be accepted until 4:00pm, Thursday, 19 May 2022.
