The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District seeks a contractor to supply 60,000 gallons of #2 Diesel (dyed) for Off-Road Use to the Dredge Goetz fleet at Keithsburg, IL. Delivery will take place September 23 and/or September 24, 2021, between 0700 and 1630. All deliveries on the same day is preferred, but not required. The transport trucks will be responsible for all transport truck activities and have the proper certifications to transfer fuel to a marine floating fuel barge. Please see attached photo for exact delivery location. Offeror shall quote PER GALLON price for #2 Diesel Fuel. Fuel shall be dyed for Off-Road Use. Prices shall include delivery and any required fees. No Biodiesel or Biodiesel Blends will be accepted. Unit pricing (per gallon) may have a maximum of 3 numbers after the decimal point (Example: $x.xxx is acceptable, $x.xxxx is not acceptable) OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation.
