The job also includes the removal and disposal of the existing old log pavilion, slab and sidewalks at the US Army Corps of Engineers’ Pokegama Recreation Area located at 34385 US Highway 2 West, Grand Rapids, MN 55744. All work shall conform to local, county, and State laws and codes. The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract with a completion date of June 1, 2022. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. with a size standard of $39.5 Million. This solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside. No CD's or hard copies of this notice or the solicitation will be available.
