The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District is seeking a vendor to supply 10,000 gallons of #2 Diesel (dyed) for Off-Road Use to the USACE Barge Wade and attending construction equipment. Fuel will be delivered in quantities of 1,000 to 4,000 gallons per delivery, beginning on September 2, 2021. Deliveries will continue for four weeks, or until the full quantity is delivered. Fuel will be transferred by straight truck, with fuel nozzle type fill capability. Delivery will occur at: Boat Ramp Near 5388 Sturgeon Lake Rd, Welch, MN 55089 No Biodiesel or Biodiesel Blends will be accepted. OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation. Quotes received after the solicitation close time and date will not be considered for award.
