This is a non-personal services contract to provide Automated Fee Machine installation and service at the Clamshell Lake Public Access, located near Pequot Lakes, MN within the St. Paul District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items and non-personal services necessary to provide, perform installation, set up, training, testing, and system support of one (1) automated fee machine (AFM) as defined in this PWS, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. AFM must allow a payment of $5.00/vehicle day use fee, $20.00/commercial day use fee, and $40.00/USACE annual pass fee. Visitors shall be able to pay by credit or debit card at the AFM. No cash or coin will be accepted by the AFM. This system type shall provide management reports for auditing and enforcement. Delivery, complete programming, installation, spares kit, back office system support, and training for personnel on upkeep and usage of the AFM shall be included.
